How To Setup The Gmail account on the android phone?

 

When you buy a new phone, you have to sign into the android services like- play store, email etc via log into the Gmail account. But some of you may have other accounts that you want to setup it on the android phone. so you can simply track all emails from your phone.

1.   Let’s open the android phone and go to the settings.

2.   Click on the mail and accounts.

3.   Select the add accounts and then click on the Gmail account.

4.   Select the gmail account from the table.

5.   Enter the email address and press the next button.

6.   Now enter the password and click on the sign in.

 

Finally, your account will be added into the account. in case, if Gmail is not receiving emails on android phone after adding the account. you should look into the account login credentials once again, and also check the auto sync settings.

If settings are correct but still Gmail is not syncing the mails, please remove it from the android device. Now configure the account using imap/pop3 settings on your device. also, enable it from Gmail settings, and then reconfigure it again.
