If you are not receiving emails on the mailbox, you should check the mail settings. ensure that there is no filters & account forwarding working.

If you are unable to get new emails on the outlook application, check the incoming server settings. there might be something wrong with the account settings. So make these changes into Hotmail or outlook account.

  • Check the forwarding on the email account. 
  • The imap/pop 3 settings are invalid.

If you are unable to open the outlook website on the phone or computer. there might be an issues with with the network or proxy settings. So you check the dns settings first. And then reset the proxy settings too.
